A Place of Peace, Rest & Restoration
God gave us a dream to provide a place in this crazy world to find peace, rest, and restoration.
Sometimes we all need a moment to sit back and watch the sunset, or watch it rise… a moment to listen to God’s voice in the stillness.
Maybe you just want to kick back by the fire or go hiking, rafting, boating, or shopping. Whatever you need, may you find it here.
A Place of Safety
We are called to be the light in the darkness, the salt of the earth. We are God’s flavoring, and our ministers are the front line. But too many of them are facing anxiety, and depression. Suicide is on the rise across our country, and divorce is increasing as well. The number of ministers who quit and go into secular jobs is also rising, which is heartbreaking. Yet it is all too understandable.
They give so much of their time and themselves that nothing is left. Getting out of line can be too easy in their calling to serve. It has to be God first, family, and then the job. Their job is the Church, loving and helping others, but when they put the needs of the Church above family, things get out of line. Their families fall to the side, and so do they, and it places stress and anxiety on them. That is unhealthy and not good for the body of Christ. They need to stop and spend time with God and family. They need to rest, get renewed, and be rejuvenated.
God gave us a dream to provide a place where they could do that. Our vision is to build cabins where they can come, alone or with their families, to be restored and strengthened in a safe haven, free of charge. We have not been able to build the cabins yet, but the dream is still there.

We have the big house available for rent on AirBnB and VRBO but if you or someone you know needs the stay, we can and will block it… because the mental and spiritual health of our ministers need it, and that is our ministry to tend to the Shepherds of God’s flock.
